Chocolate Ready Brek Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

*Ready Brek - Chocolate, 50 gram
Plain white flour (UK), 75 g
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1.5 tsp
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Skimmed milk (ml) (UK), 60ml
*Vanilla Essence, 1tsp
Sunflower Oil, 65ml

Method

  1. Sieve flour, ready brek, baking powder, and splenda in a bowl .
  2. Break egg in a separate bowl and mix in milk, oil and vanilla in with a fork.
  3. Fold into the flour mixture with a wooden spoon.
  4. Pour into 12 mini muffin cases and bake at 200 degrees C for 20 mins until skewer comes out clean.
  5. Cool on a wire rack.

Serving Size: Makes 12 mini muffins
